Join Eric Wang—an experienced Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner and yoga & Tai Chi instructor—and Jim Su, a seasoned Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner and Qigong master, for the Zen Flow Retreat: a calm and nourishing sanctuary for holistic well-being.
This retreat is an invitation to slow down, quiet the mind, and return to the natural rhythm of life. Through integrated practices including yoga, mudra, meditation, Rejuvenation Qigong, and guided energy recharging, participants are gently supported in releasing accumulated tension, restoring inner balance, and awakening the body’s innate capacity for healing.
Held in a serene and mindful setting, the Zen Flow Retreat offers a conscious pause from daily distractions. Each session is thoughtfully designed to harmonize body, breath, and Qi, allowing vitality and clarity to arise naturally and effortlessly.
🌿 Yoga & Mindful Movement
Experience slow, intentional yoga and Tai Chi–inspired movements that cultivate softness, stability, and grounded awareness. These gentle practices support physical ease, fluid circulation, and mental clarity.
🌿 Mudra Practice & Energetic Seals
Learn traditional hand gestures (mudras) that guide attention and regulate internal energy. Practiced in stillness and presence, mudras help calm the mind, balance Qi, and deepen meditative awareness.
🌿 Zen-Inspired Meditation
Through seated and guided meditation, you are invited into moments of quiet observation—where breath, sensation, and awareness naturally settle. These practices nurture inner spaciousness, clarity, and a deep return to the present moment.
🌿 Rejuvenation Qigong & Energy Recharge
Under the guidance of a Qigong master, explore gentle, flowing movements that harmonize Qi and nourish the internal organs. These sessions support vitality, emotional balance, and a renewed sense of aliveness throughout the body.
