Guided by Jessica Huang, an experienced practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine, this immersive retreat explores how the body and mind communicate through Qi, the meridians, and the internal organs. Drawing on classical TCM principles and clinical insights, you will be guided to understand how imbalance arises — and how harmony can be gently restored.
Rather than focusing on symptoms alone, this retreat invites a deeper perspective: one that views physical discomfort, emotional unrest, and mental fatigue as interconnected expressions of body–mind disharmony.
🌿 Key Acupoints — Gateways to Body–Mind Regulation
You will be introduced to essential acupoints commonly used in Chinese medicine to calm the nervous system, regulate organ function, and stabilise emotional health. Through guided learning and embodied practice, you will explore how specific points support conditions such as insomnia, anxiety, stress, and digestive discomfort, empowering you with practical tools for daily self-care.
🌿 TCM Body–Mind Therapy — Regulating Qi and Emotional Balance
From a Chinese medicine perspective, emotions are deeply rooted in organ function and the movement of Qi. This retreat explores how emotional stress, worry, fear, and restlessness contribute to physical imbalance. You will learn TCM-based approaches to regulate Qi, soothe the Shen (spirit), and restore emotional steadiness.
🌿 Understanding Common Body–Mind Imbalances
With clarity and compassion, this retreat addresses modern body–mind conditions including sleep disturbance, anxiety, digestive imbalance, and stress-related symptoms. Through a TCM lens, you will gain insight into their underlying patterns and learn supportive methods to encourage balance without force or suppression.
