Experience the gentle art of Jin Shin Jyutsu, a Japanese energy healing practice that uses light touch to harmonize the body’s energy pathways. In this hands-on session, you'll work in groups of three:
One person receives the treatment.
Two others follow guided steps using the powerful “Fingers and Toes Flow” — a signature sequence that promotes relaxation, energy balance, and inner peace.
Each person receives 30 minutes of care supported by two partners — offering a deeply restorative experience that feels like a full hour of healing.
Discover how this time-honored practice activates your body’s innate ability to heal through gentle holds on key points known as Safety Energy Locks. Learn how specific finger holds relate to different emotions, and how simple breath awareness can calm the mind, balance the body, and support emotional clarity.
