Mandy, an experienced Tai Chi and Qigong instructor, has been actively involved in the Auckland Conifer Grove community for years, sharing the Tai Chi Qi Gong Eighteen Forms and Tai Chi Chuan Twenty-Four Forms, while also cultivating numerous like-minded friendships. She eagerly shares the beauty of Tai Chi and its benefits for the mind, body, and spirit with everyone.


Believing deeply in the profound mysteries of Yin and Yang within Tai Chi, Mandy emphasizes the importance of mastering and balancing these elements within ourselves for achieving physical and mental well-being. She highlights the transformative power of Tai Chi, which is suitable for individuals of all ages, seamlessly blending both activity and tranquility. Moreover, it offers the flexibility to be practiced conveniently at home, eliminating the need for a gym. Mandy advocates incorporating mindful breathing exercises into Tai Chi practice, as they enable us to center our minds, connect with nature, and harmonize with the flow of Yin and Yang.
