A Story about Jude Hall

 ‘Laughing is, and will always be, the best form of therapy.’

In 2018, after about 10 months of receiving a mix of conventional and alternative treatment for lymphoma, I caught the flu. My immune system was so compromised at the time that it triggered depression.

My GP suggested antidepressants, but that was not an option for me. I had read about laughter yoga but at that time had never experienced it. So the Saturday following my GP appointment, I went along to my first laughter yoga session and I haven’t looked back since. I was on a high, and about 6 months later I was very fortunate to have had the opportunity to study laughter yoga in India with the founder, Dr Madan Kataria.

I am now on a mission to spread laughter so that everyone may benefit from something that is so easy to access anywhere at any time.
